The Arizona Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (ASGNA) Board of Directors would like to invite you to host a vendor display at our Regional Fall Education Conference 2024.  The date is Saturday, October 19, 2024, 8am to 2pm, and will be hosted by St.Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center located at 350 W. Thomas Road,  Phoenix, Arizona 85013.
 

We appreciate all the support you have given to the ASGNA throughout the years.  Each year our membership looks forward to meeting current vendors and seeing new products.  Our vendor space is limited; therefore, we ask that each vendor wishing to participate, submit a $800 vendor exhibit fee no later than September 30, 2024  Our tax ID# is 95-3487148.

Guidelines for Vendor Exhibitors:

• Complete Application Form on this page and continue through to pay via Credit Card or PayPal.

• Vendors may arrive as early as 6am to set up exhibit  and may break down exhibit following lunch.

• You will need table covering for a standard rectangle table.

• If you require electrical power please indicate in form.

As you know, ASGNA could not provide the educational opportunities to their members without your financial support.  Thank you for your continued support of ASGNA with your time and funds.  We look forward to hearing from you.
